I design interaction patterns across Windows Share, Phone Link, Windows Hello, AutoPlay, media and device experiences serving more than a billion people.

I work on how generative AI answers health questions without losing the thread back to expert facts, and on the expert platform behind Bing Health.

I build the frameworks that let quality travel. The Windows Craft framework I helped create is now used across three organisations.

Nine years, four industries

Microsoft AI & Windows since 2021. Before that, enterprise banking at Temenos, global innovation work at WongDoody, and learning products at BYJU’S. Alongside the day job: a book, a design podcast, and a habit of mentoring.

Working rule 01

Think wide.
Cut sharp.

Explore further than feels sensible, then remove everything that is not carrying its weight. Bold and usable are not opposites.

Working rule 02

Keep the
human in.

Software is a conversation with someone who is busy. Respect their time, tell the truth, and never punish them for missing a tooltip.

Working rule 03

Ship. Learn.
Sharpen.

A live thing teaches more than a perfect deck. Put the work in front of people, watch the weak assumptions surface, and go again.

Working rule 04

Finish the
last ten.

The final tenth is where a good thing becomes a trusted one. It is unglamorous, nobody applauds it, and it is the part I refuse to skip.

Authored the patented trust framework that lets generative AI answer health questions while staying grounded in expert facts.

Reshaped Windows Hello so signing in feels effortless and assured, removing that jarring moment your own computer fails to recognise you.

Measuring Windows craft

Framework

Co-created a framework that scores whole user journeys, not isolated screens. Now used across three organisations.

Ads without breaking trust

Bing

Designed a clean, action-first health ad unit for Bing. Call a clinic or get directions straight from the result.
